We strengthen customer support to meet demand

We are bucking the trend in the construction industry at large. As output generally slows, we are experiencing growing demand, strengthening our salesforce.

The investment in people demonstrates our commitment to supporting our clients in the commercial building services sector to deliver the best value solution, be it mechanical, architectural louvres or natural ventilation, new build, refit or refurbishment.

With the expansion of the sales team, we now bring to the table some 175+ years’ combined experience in air movement. The latest team members will each enhance two of our market-leading divisions- natural ventilation, architectural screening/ventilation louvres and its air distribution grilles and diffusers products.

Most recently, Paul Noakes and Mark Davis have strengthened our louvres and air movement sectors, bringing with them a wealth of practical customer-orientated HVAC expertise. This gives us an exceptional ability to understand client needs alongside project dynamics and efficiently work in partnership with the customer.

Gilberts’ investment in our people means everyone involved in the design, supply and installation of building services can access an unrivalled, dynamic level of understanding of client challenges and technical knowledge. Supported by in-house design, manufacturing and testing capability, the Gilberts team gives customers optimum solution-finding.

“It may be clichéd, but people do business with people, and people talk,” observes Gilberts’ Sales Director Ian Rogers. “We have a recognised reputation within the industry for expertise and a willingness to work with people to achieve the most efficient resolution for each project. With a growing order book, we have invested in the team to support our customers, so our exceptional level of service and support continues to meet expectation.”

Founded some six decades ago, today family-owned Gilberts’ 140,000 sq ft head office and manufacturing facility includes our own research and development and test facilities, enabling it to continue to evolve its product range and develop bespoke solutions for specific client requirements.

We are acknowledged as the UK’s leading independent air movement specialist, offering mechanical, natural and hybrid ventilation solutions.
